You're the one everyone calls when things are falling apart. You’re the capable one. The one who has it handled. People exhale when you walk in — and somewhere along the way, you stopped noticing that no one exhales for you.
While you’ve become good at holding it all, what you can't seem to do is rest. Receive. Let something be held for you instead of by you. Your body doesn't fully come down anymore — there's a brace in it you've worn so long it just feels like being you.
You learned to be this strong because it kept you safe. It's an inheritance — survival, passed down, dressed up as competence. It worked. It's also costing you in ways you've stopped letting yourself feel.
Somewhere under all the shoulds and the holding and the being-strong, the thread of your own desire got hard to find.

Who would you be if you stopped organizing your life around survival?
This isn't symptom management, and it isn't one more framework for running yourself more efficiently. This is the work of putting survival down — of moving from understanding yourself to experiencing yourself, from self-abandonment to a felt, daily intimacy with who you actually are. It's embodied, which means you won't only talk about change. You'll start practicing new ways of being early — in your body, in your relationships, in your life.
You've been everyone's safe place for a long time. Let's build you one of your own.
